These coloring sheets were hand drawn on my iPad with the thought of providing kiddos (or adults!) with a calming activity while also helping those coloring to practice positive self talk. Each page is a PDF file and letter size 8.5"x11". 

As someone who has worked in many different classrooms, I have seen coloring pages of all styles and designs, but not many with positive messages for young minds (or adults). I thought combining the positive affirmations with a calming activity like coloring would increase the desire to practice more positive self talk (which I'm sure we could all use some more of).

Great for kiddos at home, classrooms, stressed adults, adult living centers, nursing homes, rehab centers and more!
